PICS(PLC Interlligent Light Control System)
What is PLC? PLC is the abbreviation for Power Line Communication which transmits data using the existing power lines as a medium by overriding signals onto electricity waves.
System Diagram

Main Features

PLC Application
- Building lighting, cooler and heater, street light, and electric equipment control and monitor as well as automation control
- Electric IT field(ex. Automated power supply, electricity gauge reading, etc.)
- Ubiquitous fields such as
- Home networking
Innovation Network Technology
Electric Communication Gateway(ECGW)
- Ethernet to RS232C communication
- Wireless network support
- Performance of distributed control
- memory function mounted(Automatic control of illumination)
Three Phase Coupler(TPC) Registered to Public Procurement Service as excellent product.
- Used under three-phase & four-wire environment
- Solves problems when the signal transmission is blocked because each PLC device has different phase branches from three phases
- RS-232C to 9.6Kbps PLC communication
Power Line Communication Gateway(PGW) Registered to Public Procurement Service as excellent product
- Converting signals between iZCT256 protocol and ZCT256 protocol
- RS-485 data signal convert
- 14 terminas of I/O Ports and one terminals of RS 485
- Contains self controlling Algorithm
PLC Blocking FIlter(BF)
- Used under single-phased or three-phased environment
- Blocking inflow and outflow of PLC signals(ZCT256)
- Used with PGW or SPGW
Latch Relay Unit Controller(LRUC)
- Available to use interlocking with LRU
- Available to control large capacity luminaries connected with ELB circuit breaker
- Available to interlock with RS485 product
- Available to interlock with and control magnetic circuit breaker
LRU(Latch Relay Unit)
- Available to use in connection with LRUC
- Available to control large capacity luminaries (over 20~30A) connected with ELB circuit breaker
- Available to interlock with RS485 product
- Available to interlock with and control magnetic circuit breaker
9.6Kbps PLC Switch
- Installed in the existing switch box(inside wall)
- On/Off control and dimming with a remote controller, as connected with fluorescent/incandescent/halogen lamp
- Wiring for continuous power supply is required to run PLC
- Using IR receiver, other PLC products can becontrolled witha remote controller
- By interfacing with ARS Semi Transceiver or Universal Controller, remote control & monitoring via telephone outside.
Light Pole Controller Unit(LPCU)
- Installed as 1:1 for each light
- Receiving command from the monitor of distribution panel, it switches light on/off
- Detects defect or fault of each light or other pars, and sends such data to the distribution panel monitor
- Reliability assured with parts offering perfect water proofing & durability
- With new technology, leakage detection & cut-off, fault detection is possible from lamp or fuse box.
Serial Power-Line Communication Gateway(SPGW)
- Converter from 360bps PLC to 9.6Kbps PLC
- Available to interlock with 360bps PLC switches and modules
- Available to interlock with home network appliances
